Our company is a family run business. We have handled and dealt with birds for 30 years. We currently run a Bird and Pet dealership in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. We maintain and handle various small animals, birds and fish. We are a major Australian exporter of quality birds to USA, Canada & Europe. Our management of livestock has added to experience and knowledge of their needs. We hold two Victorian Government licenses with the Department of Environment and Sustainability. They are: Commercial dealers Wildlife controllers These allow us to buy and sell birds and to export locally and internationally. We have been exporting locally for 25 years and have expanded internationally in the last 8 years with great success. Why choose us? Australia strict disease control, quarantine requirements and isolation keep us free from many foreign diseases. This ensures our birds are of a high quality and are in good health. For these reasons, our non-native birds are in high demand in Europe and the United States. Our exporting season in Australia for finches is March to August and for canaries and parrots ranges from March to June. Quantity is only limited on the availability of birds for that season. Canaries and finches can be supplied in large amounts, whereas parrots can be supplied in smaller lots. As we are attempting to break into a new market, prices will depend on availability of stock and can be negotiated with every request.
